Here's how it works:
Arrange 15-minute phone sessions with an exercise specialist and registered dietitian.
The sessions can be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., CST, and Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., CST.
You'll receive a course workbook, pedometer, food and activity log, and action planner.
Complete workbook activities on your own time to learn more about healthy behaviors for successful weight management and to prepare for phone sessions.
