Here's how it works:
Arrange 15-minute phone sessions with a registered dietitian.
The sessions can be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., CST, and Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., CST.
You'll receive a course workbook, food and activity log, action planner and tools to help with meal planning.
Complete workbook activities on your own time to learn more about healthy eating habits and to prepare for phone sessions.
