Log on to your personal web account and look under the "My Medical Plan" or "My Dental Plan" tabs to find "Account Services," helpful services that allow you to change your primary clinic, find coverage criteria and more.
Note: Only certain health plans require you to select a primary clinic. To see if you have a plan with this option, click on "More Plan Information" under the "My Medical Plan" tab or check your plan documents.
