I don't have a user name or password.

You create your own username and password the first time you register for your personal page. Once you're registered, use your username and password to log on and view your personal page. Be sure to write down your username and password so you don't forget it, and keep it in a safe place. Register for a member account.

I forgot my password.

You can reset your own password. First, go to the Log On with Security Question page.

  1. Enter your user name and member number.
  2. Answer the password verification question that you created when you registered.
  3. Select a new password. Write it down and store it in a safe place. (Passwords must be least 8 characters in length and are case sensitive.)

I forgot my user name.

You can look up your username. First go to the Look Up My User Name page.

  1. Click the "Get My User Name" link.
  2. Enter your member number, name, gender and date of birth.

My username and password don't work.

Be sure you are using the right username and password for your personal page on the HealthPartners Web site.

Register for a member account.

The information I entered doesn't match HealthPartners' records.

Make sure that you enter your information exactly as it appears on your HealthPartners member ID card.

  • If your name is hyphenated, check the hyphenation on the card.
  • If your middle initial is not listed on the card, do not enter it on the registration page.
Note: If your ID card contains errors, register with the incorrect information. Then, let us know what corrections you have so we can update our database. Call Member Services at the number listed in the Help Center or email us .

The registration form won't let me continue.

Be sure to fill out all the required fields. If you submit the registration form with information that is incomplete or incorrect, you'll see red text identifying where the problem lies. Check for the red text, correct that information and resubmit the form.

Make sure that you follow these rules for usernames and passwords: Your username and password must be at least 8 characters and cannot be identical. Passwords are case sensitive.

Technical information

This site works best if you use the following browser versions, encryption and screen resolutions:

  • Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher, or Netscape version 4.0 or higher, with 128-bit encryption.
  • PC and Mac users should set their screen resolutions at 1024 x 768.
  • Users must have cookies enabled.
