Jump Start Promotional Resources Find all the printable PDF promotional resources you need for your clients so they can make Jump Start a success at their company! Jump Start is expanding. Your clients can now enroll in this new and improved program! The Jump Start health assessment gives your clients' employees a health score and personal action plan to make improvements and head off costly illnesses before they start. Participants get the added reward of free enrollment in our award-winning 10,000 Steps® walking program. Employees who take the health assessment will get to choose either: Free enrollment in our 10,000 Steps program OR A $20 coupon good for purchases at any of our 15 HealthPartners pharmacies or purchases through our mail order pharmacy. (No change will be given.) Jump Start for Clients and Members See what we're providing your clients at the employer Jump Start page. They can even fill out an order form to have extra posters and table tents delivered to their office to spread the word! Your clients' employees can learn about the program at the Jump Start member page. For employees choosing 10,000 Steps, every time they record their steps on their personalized web page, they will be entered in a monthly drawing for their choice of: $599 toward a one-year single YMCA membership at any of the metro Twin Cities' 21 locations $240 toward membership at any area health club contracted with HealthPartners OR $500 off a purchase of $1,000 or more at 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment A total of 12 prizes will be awarded throughout the year!
