I don't have a user name or password.

If you're an employer, you can register by filling out this online form. You will receive your user name and password in the mail within 2-3 business days. Be sure to write down your user name and password so you don't forget it, and keep it in a safe place.

If you're a contracted broker, you should have already received your user name and password from us in the mail. If you have any questions, please contact us.

I forgot my password.

You can reset your own password. First, go to the Log On with Security Question page.

  • Enter your user name
  • Answer the password verification question that you created when you registered
  • Select a new password. Write it down and store it in a safe place (Passwords must be at least eight characters in length and are case sensitive.)

Be sure you are using the right user name and password for your personal page on the HealthPartners Web site. If you are still having problems, please call us at 952-883-5200.

The registration form won't let me continue.

Be sure to fill out all the required fields. If you submit the registration form with information that is incomplete or incorrect, you'll see red text identifying where the problem lies. Check for the red text, correct that information and resubmit the form.

Technical information

This site works best if you use the following browser versions, encryption and screen resolutions:

  • Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher, or Netscape version 4.0 or higher, with 128-bit encryption.
  • PC and Mac users should set their screen resolutions at 1024 x 768.
