Healthy tools and resources

Starting January 1, 2010, Federal employees enrolled in HealthPartners Open Access plan can access the tools you need to get healthy and stay healthy.
- Take a confidential online health assessment to discover your health potential.
- Take an online wellness program to get on the path toward better health. Programs include: JourneyWell 10,000 Steps® Program, Stress eProgram and Weight eProgram.
Here's how you get started:
- Go to the JourneyWell web page
- Once you're on the JourneyWell Web page, enter the company name: Federal Employees
- Enter your HealthPartners username and password. If you forgot your username or password, click "Forgot username" or "Forgot Password." If you do not have a username and password, click "Register for an account."
- Click "Go"
- Click "I accept" if you are creating a new account
