Starting January 1, 2010, Federal employees enrolled in HealthPartners Three for Free plan can get healthy and earn rewards!
- Complete the JourneyWell confidential online health assessment to earn a $50 gift card.
- Complete an online wellness program to earn an additional $50 gift card. Choose from the JourneyWell 10,000 Steps® Program, Stress eProgram and Weight eProgram.
- If you have a covered spouse on your plan, he or she is also eligible to take a health assessment and an online program to earn gift cards!
Here's how you get started:
- Go to the JourneyWell web page
- Once you're on the JourneyWell web page, enter the company name: Federal Employees
- Enter your HealthPartners username and password. If you forgot your username or password, click "Forgot username" or "Forgot Password." If you do not have a username and password, click "Register for an account."
- Click "Go"
- Click "I accept" if you are creating a new account
